create PDF files from their devices. You may create PDFs directly by
taking photos or by importing images from your photo gallery, with
optional in-app image editing before conversion.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring transparency
regarding how we handle your personal information. This Privacy Policy
describes what data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and our
data protection practices.
2. Data Collection and Processing
All PDF creation, viewing, and editing processes are performed locally
on your device.
PDFNest does not collect, transmit, or store personal data on external
servers unless required by third-party services used for analytics or

To function properly, PDFNest requires the following permissions:

and manage PDF files stored on your device.

We do not store any personal files, images, or generated PDFs on our
servers.

only as long as necessary for the purposes described and in accordance
with the third party’s retention policies.

End User License Agreement (EULA)

PDFNest grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA and applicable laws.
2. Restrictions
You agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.

4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDFNest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
5. Termination
PDFNest reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access if you violate this EULA or misuse the app.
